How it Works

I provide:

  • long and short term counselling (face to face)
  • counselling for individuals, couples or families
  • telephone counselling
  • email counselling

Following an initial assessment, an agreement will be reached, about frequency of sessions and fees. The initial assessment also gives us the opportunity to decide a number of things:

  • whether we can work with each other
  • begin to explore the problem you are presenting
  • discuss what you feel you want to achieve
  • start discussing your story

I see people for 50 minute sessions in my private practice which is based in Chiswick London W4. The length of sessions may vary for couples and for child and parent sessions.

  • Once counselling sessions have been agreed you will be provided with a contract that outlines the terms of working together, including confidentiality.
  • As the ex-Director of Therapy Online Limited, I have gained experience of providing counselling over the phone and online.
  • As an associate of ASART I subscribe to an Equal Opportunities Policy; a Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults Policy and a Complaints Policy and Procedure. As a UKCP registered therapist I abide by that organisation’s Code of Ethics.
